Mr. Xia Dechuan, born in 1970, is a senior engineer at researcher level, graduated from Xidian University with a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Mechanics and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Southeast University. He served as Deputy Head and Head of the NFC Design Institute under PEGL, a standing Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Nanjing Fairwit Information Industry Co, Ltd., the Deputy General Manager, General Manager, Executive Director, Legal Person, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of Nanjing Fairwit Electronics Company Limited. He currently serves as a Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Electronics Information Industrial Corporation and concurrently serves as Chairman of Nanjing China Electronics Fairwit Lighting Co., Ltd. Mr. Xia has long been engaged in the management of information technology industries and has extensive professional knowledge and experience in operation and management.

Mr. Liu Jianfeng, born in 1977, graduated from the School of Electro-Optics of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, majoring in communication and information systems, with a doctoral degree in engineering, and is a senior engineer at researcher level. He successively served as a Deputy Chief Engineer, Deputy Director of the System Department, Assistant to the Director of the Science and Technology Committee, Assistant to the General Manager, and Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Fairwit Handa Technology Co., Ltd. From March 2021 to May 2022, he served as a Deputy Chief Engineer of Nanjing Electronics Information Industrial Corporation, Deputy General Manager, and Assistant to the Director of the Science and Technology Committee of Nanjing Fairwit Handa Technology Co., Ltd. (from June 2021 to April 2022, he was temporarily employed as the Assistant to the Director of the Military Industry Department and Director of the System Department of China Electronics Corporation). Since January 2024, he has been the Executive Director and Secretary of the Party Committee of Nanjing Fairwit Handa Technology Co., Ltd., and the Deputy General Manager of CEC Defense Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu has long been engaged in research and management in the electronic information technology field, with extensive knowledge and experience.

Mr. Hu Jin, born in 1980, holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial automation from Hefei University of Technology. He has held roles such as Project Director and Deputy Director of Investment Development Department and Deputy Head of the Planning and Investment Department of Nanjing Electronics Information Industrial Corporation. From December 2019 to September 2021, he was the Director of the Administration and Legal Affairs Department and Director of the Legal Affairs Office. Since May 2022, he has been the Assistant to General Manager, Director of Planning and Technology Department, and Director of Reform Office.

Mr. Hu Huichun, born in 1973, graduated with a master’s degree in economic management from the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC and is an economist. He served as Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Fairwit Electronics Company Limited from May 2016 to June 2022 and concurrently held roles in various Fairwit subsidiaries. He currently serves as the General Manager, Legal Person, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nanjing Fairwit Electronics Company Limited, and holds several chairmanship roles across affiliated companies. Mr. Hu has extensive experience in the management of the electronic information industry.

Mr. Yi Guofu, born in 1970, holds a master’s degree in business administration from Nanjing University and is a senior economist. He has held various leadership roles within Nanjing Fairwit Electronics Company Limited, including Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee. Since September 2021, he has been the Secretary of the Party Committee. Mr. Yi has extensive expertise in human resources and Party affairs management.

Mr. Lv Song, born in 1985, holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Nanjing University of Finance & Economics. He has served in multiple legal affairs positions within Fairwit and Nanjing Electronics Information Industrial Corporation. Since May 2022, he has been the Secretary to the Board of Directors of Nanjing Electronics Information Industrial Corporation. Mr. Lv has extensive experience in corporate administration and legal affairs.

Mr. Dai Keqin, born in 1958, is an economist and lawyer with a history of serving in senior roles in legal and administrative functions across various organizations. He is currently a lawyer at Jiangsu Jinding Yingjie Law Firm, Vice President of Jiangsu Invention Association, and holds independent directorships in multiple companies, including Nanjing Fairwit Electronics Company Limited.

Ms. Xiong Yanren, born in 1972, holds a Ph.D. in accounting and is an Associate Professor at Nanjing University Business School. She serves as an Independent Director and Director of the Audit Committee for multiple companies.

Mr. Chu Wai Tsun, Baggio, born in 1974, is a member of CPA Australia with a master’s degree in finance. He has held senior financial roles in several companies and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Eternal Optical & Perfumery (Far East) Ltd. Mr. Chu has extensive experience in financial management and auditing.

Supervisors

Mr. Fan Laiying, born in 1971, holds a university degree and is an accountant. He previously served as the Head of Finance Department at Xianyang IRICO Thermoelectricity Co., Ltd., the Head of Finance Department of Hefei IRICO Epilight Technology Co., Ltd., the Chief Financial Officer of IRICO (Hefei) Photovoltaic Technology Company Limited and Hefei IRICO New Energy Co., Ltd., and the Chief Financial Officer of IRICO Display Devices Co., Ltd. He was also the Deputy Chief Economist and Deputy Chief Accountant of IRICO Group, the Chief Accountant of IRICO Group Company Limited, and the Chief Accountant of Xianyang Zhongdian IRICO Group Holdings Ltd. Additionally, he held the role of Deputy Director of the Finance Department at China Electronics Corporation. Since August 2022, he has been the Chief Accountant of Nanjing Electronics Information Industrial Corporation. In July 2023, he was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of TPV Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Fan has extensive expertise and experience in corporate finance management.

Ms. Fu Yuanyuan, born in 1972, holds a bachelor's degree and is a PRC Certified Public Accountant and an International Certified Internal Auditor. She has served as the Deputy Head of the Audit Department, Chief Auditor, and Deputy Head of the Supervision and Audit Department at Fairwit Electronics Company Limited. She was also the Finance Manager at Fairwit Electronic Manufacture Co., Ltd. From December 2010 to January 2015, she held the role of Head of the Supervision and Audit Department of Fairwit Electronics Company Limited. From January 2015 to December 2019, she was the Head of the Audit Department. Since December 2019, she has been the Chief Auditor of the Audit Department at Nanjing Electronics Information Industrial Corporation. Ms. Fu has significant experience in internal control and financial management, having worked in corporate internal auditing and financial management for a long time.

Mr. Xue Yuheng, born in 1975, is an economic engineer. He graduated from Hefei University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in mechanical design and manufacturing and holds a master's degree in business administration from Nanjing University. He has successively served as Supervisor, Deputy Director, Director, and Head of the Human Resources Department at Nanjing Electronics Information Industrial Corporation. From April 2019 to September 2021, he was the Head of the Human Resources Department and Head of the Retiree Management Office at Nanjing Electronics Information Industrial Corporation. From September 2021 to February 2023, he served as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee at Nanjing Keruida Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. Since February 2023, he has been the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, and Chairman of the Labor Union at Fairwit Electronics Company Limited, as well as the Secretary of the Institutional Party Committee branch of Fairwit Corporation. Mr. Xue is also a Supervisor at Fairwit Xinxing Industrial Co., Ltd.
